Here at Gilmore Fitness, we believe in developing your explosive power while teaching you proper sprint technique, speed acceleration, and giving you all the tools necessary involved with sprinting. Our athletes perform at a high level anytime, anywhere. This type of training helps with any sport where running is involved i.e.( football, track, baseball, basketball, lacrosse, soccer, etc...).
