What do I mean about explosive power? Many of the drills we do, you will hear me say "EXPLODE!" Why? When sprinting, I don't want you thinking about what to do. It will become engrained into your muscle memory. Exploding out the blocks, off the ball, out of breaks, etc... is something that can be learned. I have developed a system that will have you exploding, breaking cushions, and separating from defenders at a much higher capacity than your counterparts. Plyometrics will be a huge part of how we accomplish this along with resistance training.
