Sprint Technique

  Everybody has a natural running form that I encourage you to use; however, I will teach you the fastest, most effective way to accelerate and sprint without looking like a robot!

  A simple drill like "high-knees" will be used to reinforce proper sprint technique while also building up your hip flexors.

  As stated earlier; EVERYTHING we do has a specific intent and desired result. I will not waste your time or mine with "filler" exercises. Paying attention to detail is paramount with the drills we will do
